Return Policy / Shipping

Case Knife Outlet Shipping Policy: Shipping your product to you in the quickest most efficient manner is a top priority for Case Knife Outlet. We offer different options for you to choose from: USPS Priority Mail is a 2-3 Business Day Delivery or USPS Priority Mail Express is a 1-2 Business Day Delivery to most areas of the United States. Your item(s) will be packaged in such a way as to prevent any damage. If shipping damage occurs please contact us within 2 days of receiving your shipment.

We want you to be completely satisfied with you experience at Case Knife Outlet. Case Knife Outlet Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Policy: Case Knife Outlet (CKO) accepts returns for NON-DEFECTIVE items purchased from Case Knife Outlet only. You must send all DEFECTIVE items to the Case Factory to the address below.

If the item was purchased directly from CKO or the CKO website, and if you are not satisfied with the original condition and/or performance of your purchased item, you may return the item to us within 10 days of receipt. To qualify for a refund, you must obtain a RMA number. Contact us 205-686-9961 to receive a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) and instructions.

Note the following:

  1. To obtain the RMA number, please provide us with the order number, name, address, phone number, date of purchase, and reason for the return.
  2. Returns must include the original invoice or packing slip with the RMA number written clearly on the original invoice and written clearly on the bottom left corner of returned package. We will not accept returned merchandise without a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Returns received without authorization will not be processed for a refund and will be returned to sender.
  3. All returns must be shipped in a sturdy box, no envelopes of any type will be accepted.
  4. Once you receive an RMA number, you may return unused items, in the original box or gift tin (Clear plastic wrapper with barcode label intact on gift tins) with all accessories, warranty cards, owner's manuals, etc. within 10 days of delivery for a refund. ALL non- defective returns will be assessed a 20% restocking fee.
  5. Returns without the complete original packaging slip will not be accepted.
  6. Shipping and handling is non-refundable.
  7. Shipping for returned merchandise must be pre-paid by the customer.
  8. Please allow 4-6 weeks from the date we receive the return for a credit.
  9. Returns must be shipped to us via UPS or USPS Priority Mail for tracking/confirmation purposes. We assume no liability for loss or damage of returned packages or goods, therefore we recommend you purchase insurance from your shipper.

Note: Color variation of natural material either dyed or natural is not considered a defect. No refunds, exchanges on engraved items.

Notice: All orders or partial orders canceled by the customer that have not shipped will incur a 10% cancelation fee.

All refused shipments shipping charges are non refundable and free shipping charges will be deducted from actual total.

Case & Sons Cutlery Co. PO Box 4000, Owens Way Bradford, PA 16701 Please call us to receive an RMA number. Currently we can only send out RMA numbers via United States Postal Service.

Item numbers with an X or XX denotes discontinued item and all sales are final no returns on these items. All cancelled pre-orders will incur a 20% restocking charge. This applies to cancelled pre-orders. Shipped pre- orders are non returnable.
