Case Knife Outlet Shipping Policy:
Shipping your product to you in the quickest most efficient manner is a top priority for Case Knife Outlet. We offer two different options for you to choose from: USPS Priority, 2-3 Business Day Delivery or USPS Express, Next Day delivery to most areas of the United States. Your item(s) will be packaged in such a way as to prevent any damage. If shipping damage occurs please contact us within 2 days of receiving your shipment. We want you to be completely satisifed with you experience at Case Knife Outlet.
Case Knife Outlet Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Policy:
Case Knife Outlet (CKO) accepts returns for NON-DEFECTIVE items purchased from Case Knife Outlet only. You must send ALL DEFECTIVE items to the Case Factory to the address below. If the item was purchased directly from CKO or the CKO website, and if you are not satisfied with the original condition and/or performance of your purchased item, you may return the item to us. To qualify for a refund, you must obtain a RMA number. Contact us on our Toll-Free number 1-800-479-4393 or via email (site@caseknifeoutlet.com) to receive a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) and instructions.
Note the following:
1. To obtain the RMA number, please provide us with the order number, name, address, phone number, date of purchase, and reason for the return.
2. Returns must include the original invoice or packing slip with the RMA number written clearly on the original invoice and written clearly on the bottom left corner of returned package. We will not accept returned merchandise without a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Returns received without authorization will not be processed for a refund and will be returned to sender.
3. All returns must be shipped in a sturdy box, no envelopes of any type will be accepted.
4. Once you receive an RMA number, you may return unused items, in the original box with all accessories, warranty cards, owner's manuals, etc. within 10 days of delivery for a refund. ALL non-defective returns will be assessed a 20% restocking fee.
5. Returns without the complete original packaging slip will not be accepted.
6. Shipping and handling is non-refundable.
7. Shipping for returned merchandise must be pre-paid by the customer.
8. Please allow 4-6 weeks from the date we receive the return for a credit.
9. Returns must be shipped to us via UPS or USPS Priority Mail for tracking/confirmation purposes. We assume no liability for loss or damage of returned packages or goods, therefore we recommend you purchase insurance from your shipper.
