William Russell (W. R.) Case was the father of our company's founder, our company namesake, and the first company president. Simply put, he was one of the pioneers in American cutlery. On the 160th Anniversary of his birth, the W. R. Case & Sons Cutlery Company honors him with this Mint Set featuring the William Russell Case Family of knives. The knives are incredible. Rogers Jigged Chestnut Bone handles embellished with WRC Coat of Arms shield. Intricately scrolled nickel silver bolsters. Tru-Sharp® surgical steel blades with W.R. Case tang stamp and W.R.'s image tech-printed on the master blade. Of course this is a Genuine Case® Collectable, so each knife will feature the Case® "Long Tail C" serialization and production of the set is strictly limited to 250 pieces. The wooden display box makes the perfect backdrop to feature this family of highly crafted knives honoring our American pioneer in cutlery, William Russell Case. This set contains 8 knives.
